The “Early Bird” prices for participants below are valid until 1st of December 2023. Prices include attendance on the meeting and hotel room from Thursday to Sunday. All meals, including a banquet dinner on Saturday, are included as well.

You can book and pay transport by bus from Oslo S and OSL (Gardermoen) when filling out the registration. The cost for this transport (return ticket) is NOK 650.
It is possible to book transport from Gol station to Storefjell hotel directly from Storefjell Resort Hotel no later than one day in advance.

Abstract Submission Deadline – 1st of December 2023
The exhibition area is located next to the plenary lecture hall and coffee will be served in the exhibition area at designated times during the days (see the tentative program). Although we of course encourage exhibitors to stay for the banquet dinner and party on Saturday evening, we offer various registration alternatives to allow shorter or longer stays at Storefjell Resort Hotel.
If you represent a non-profit organization and wish to book a stand at the meeting, this can be organized at no cost.
Please find the prices for exhibition stands and advertising below. The exclusive items are sold as first come first served, but please contact Pål Kristian Selbo to suggest items not on the list. All exhibitors will be presented with their logo and a link to their home page on the website of the meeting and in the conference booklet. Please do not forget to send logos and link.
