Prices include participation, accommodation and breakfast as well as lunch and dinner/banquet for those who stay the following night.
There will be 2 dedicated power breakfast sessions organized on Friday and Saturday morning during breakfast. During these sessions, trainees will have the possibility to interact with invited speakers and organization committee members and discuss about various topics, including career development, networking, resilience in science, and innovation.
It will be possible to register for the power breakfast at the registration desk on Thursday when participants pick up their badge. More information will be provided about the topics and attendees at the desk. There will be limited availability, and it will be first come-first served.

Abstract Submission Deadline – December 31st 2024
The exhibition area is located next to the plenary lecture hall and coffee will be served in the exhibition area at designated times during the days (see the tentative program). Although we of course encourage exhibitors to stay for the banquet dinner and party on Saturday evening, we offer various registration alternatives to allow shorter or longer stays at Storefjell Resort Hotel.
If you represent a non-profit organization and wish to book a stand at the meeting, this can be organized at no cost.
Please find the prices for exhibition stands and advertising below. The exclusive items are sold as first come first served, but please contact Lars Hagen to suggest items not on the list. All exhibitors will be presented with their logo and a link to their home page on the website of the meeting and in the conference booklet. Please do not forget to send logos and link.
